Reggie Talking to Take 2 GTA Wii???

Read this on today!
I guees MTV had the scoop on this
I dunno about anyone else but Stuff like this makes me want a wii more and more!

While Nintendo consoles have never been a real target for M-rated games, that could all be changing soon. Several M-rated games have been confirmed as coming to the Wii, including The Godfather and Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Double Agent. And don't forget Ubisoft's flagship Red Steel -- it's gotta be M-rated, right?Although several M games were released for the GameCube, Nintendo has never had a Grand Theft Auto title on any of their console platforms, although it made a brief appearances on the Game Boy Color and Game Boy Advance systems. But this won't be the case for much longer, if Reggie has any say about it."We're reaching out to every publisher, frankly every day. I'll be spending some time later today with the folks over at Take Two to see what type of support they can give our console ... the fact is there will be M-rated content on the Wii console. EA has already announced that they're bringing The Godfather to our console. And we want every single best-selling game to be available on Wii. Whatever that content is."This means you could be swinging the Wii-mote as Tommy Vercetti wielding his baseball bat. Bring it.

These arent all just my favorites

Wii the Good and the Bad

Well here is what I think are good and bad aspects of the Wii

The Specs - Good and bad well good enough to show some ipressive games, but since No one knows the specs and some games look like crap there are some bad aspects.

Online- Good and Bad also I say this since very few games will have online from the start.
I hope that some will be able to have online added later from the Wiiconnect24.

Wiiconnect24 - Good since we can get updates while we sleep are at work watching TV whatever. Unless the send a bum OS patch, or if you have no internet.

Mii's - Good- I think these will be cool to make and bring a mini Mii of your friend on your controller and put it on his System.

Wii Channels - Good I think these will be a good interface but some I could care less about weather??? Well I guess some people will like that but I have no use for it.

Controller - Good from what I hear but I will write more once I actually play it.

Well feel free to add some of your own goods and bads or comment.

Wii Best System of all times??

Great news source!
The heading of this post has been murmured by Infendo forum members and Wii fanboys countless times, I'm sure, but today it was given some additional clout by Hirokazu Hamamura, the editor-in-chief of Japanese video game supermag Famitsu.
"Wii definitely could become the most popular console of all time. Non-gamers can see how fun it is just by looking at people playing it, and that's very different from the PS3 or Xbox 360."True, and they can see that the wallets of said Wii gamers will still be relatively full as well. But seriously folks... I have to admit, my immense personal bias towards the Wii aside, I can feel ya barkin' Hamamura-san. When I watched the 100 or so videos that popped up over the last week of the New York Wii event depicting people swinging their arms, jabbing into the air and smiling, it looked like a heck of a lot of fun. It also looked like something I had never seen before with gaming, and that's a good thing.

Back and Nintendo has me excited

You know after E3 withh all the hype I was just tired or writing anything. I was at first dissapointed I wnated more Wii news I searched and there was just nothing.
Now I have heard as you all have too. And you know what? I am excited again.
Is it 3d projection NO is it the best thing since sliced bread? No is it the best graphics No
So what is it about the Wii??? Balance! Look I am a hardcore gamer that plays few games nowadays because well they were all rehashes of games of the past.
Anything first person is Doom and Quake and unreal based, better graphics? Yes better Play No
But with Wii red Steel has me excited as Well as MP3.
Warioware? Hell Yea I wanna play it!
excite truck? YES i wanna play it. Rayman YES it looks hilarious.
ZELDA TP My God do I want to play it!
I think this is going to be the strongest console launch title and variety wise ever.
I mean thats only a few games.
Mii's Wii Channels it's just all so interesting that I cant help but think Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

How the Wii will open to a larger market Anyone wondering how the Wii will gain market share just read this story, on how a Mom became a WiiAmbassador and how she was won over. So,we had the party yesterday and if you can imagine, there were 4 amazing TV's set up, with 4 Wii Gaming Systems (under lock and key, I might add)throughout our house. It was pretty impressive, I must say. And I'm one mom who is not easily impressed with these kinds of things. But everyone was really getting into the fun, flailing arms and legs and everything. Let's just say that most of the Wii system games that we played do not accommodate couch potatoes! So, to put it simply, Nintendo won me over. And I think I can say the same for the 35 other people that we're here. I'll betcha half of them have already pre-ordered their Wii Systems (which won't be available to the public until Nov. 19th). Which is I'm sure what this party set out to do. And if that is the case, mission accomplished guys. Wii now love Nintendo. And for the record, you are welcome in my home anytime
Looks Like they are appealing to a larger market to me. The Wii seems to have the potential and appeal that non gamers like, so it would seem they are doing a good job of opening more market shares
